We'll bust the 'regressive alliance': Bhattarai

A senior Maoist leader terming the newly formed alliance between the Nepali Congress (NC), CPN-UML and the Madhesi People's Rights Forum (MPRF) as anti-progressive said, if the alliance try to cheat people in any name, his party will take stern action against such.

Talking to the reporters after casting vote for the president, Maoist second-in-command Dr Baburam Bhattarai said that his party will go to the people to remove masks of such regressive mentality. baburam.jpg

Stating that the real face of the parties have unearthed by themselves by blocking the way of the largest party from forming a government, Bhattarai said the 'unholy and impure' coalition has not hinted a god.

People have wished a new government under Maoist's leadership, but the anti-liberalist alliance between the parties have betrayed them (people), he said.

Thrashing the NC, UML's statement to include Maoist in their alliance and government then formed, Bhattarai said such impure and unholy alliance will make others only impure.

Bhattarai saying that the parties once again have tried to practice the dirty politics that they did for decades, said, his party will caution the public about that.

Talking to reporters after voting, Maoist chairman has also hinted to remain out of the government. "After the election result we will bring out our party's official opinion," Prachanda told reporters.
