Ram Raja Prasad Singh (r), a Maoist supported presidential candidate, talking to journalists after tendering his candidacy at the International Convention Centre in Kathmandu, Thursday. Singh said he will work to write the sovereign constitution that will be established as forefront in the world's constitutional history.
