Leaders signing supplementary bill

UML general secretary Jhala Nath Khanal, Maoist chair Prachanda and Minister Ram Chandra Poudel (from left) signing a supplementary bill before forwarding it to the cabinet for final approval, Tuesday. The leaders have said the bill will address all the issues raised by Madhesi parties and other groups.
