Just three months after being pictured on the beach looking slim and toned, Natalie Cassidy has piled on the pounds again.
The former EastEnder has decided to ditch dieting as the strain of maintaining the weight loss has proved too much for her.
Natalie slimmed down from a size 16 to a size 8 by following a gruelling exercise regime which resulted in the release of a fitness DVD.
Then And Now topped the charts and made £300,000 for the star but she has since put her diet on hold and regained a stone and a half in just eight weeks.
The actress, 25, has spoken publicly about how happy she was with her slender figure but confessed the pressure got to her.
Natalie said: "What do I have to do - wear a bikini or spandex every day just to prove that I haven't put on weight? I'm a bit bored now.'
And since entering into a relationship with new boyfriend Ben Porter, 40, Natalie has had even more reason to let herself go.
A source told Now magazine: 'It was a vicious circle in the end. Natalie wanted to maintain her weight loss, but she isn't naturally that size and she got fed up - especially without the goal of making a DVD to aim for.
'She's been enjoying life more with Ben and the weight crept back on.'
