A Nepali has been killed in Indian city of Nashik on Sunday night, said a media report.
Padam Bahadur Kathayat, 33, of Dhangadi, Kailali, was stabbed to death following a dispute among local youths, reported the ekantipur.com.
Kathayat, who had been working as a cook at a hotel, was killed after a dispute arose while the youths were eating on the occasion of New Year.
Chairman of Akhil Bharat Nepali Ekata Manch Shiva Mahat said, Kathayat had marks of wounds on his body. His body was found at a jungle on Monday morning.
Police arrested a person on the charge of his murder on Monday itself. Kathayat was survived by his wife and two children.
