Italian climber rescued from Mt Langtang dies in Kathmandu
Mima Terenziani (39), an Italian moutaineer who was airlifted from Mt. Langtang Lirung, has died at the Norvic Hospital in Kathmandu on Thursday evening.

According to the police, Terenziani was injured after she bogged down in snow during an expedition of the 7234-metre tall mountain.
A helicopter had brought her to the hospital at around 3 p.m. yesterday afternoon. But she breathed her last there at 6:33 pm in the evening.
Her dead body has been kept in the hospital.
Police said they have initiated an investigation into the case.
Mt. Lantang Lirung mountain lies in Rasuwa district of Nepal, bordering Tibet in the north, and is popular among the foreign climbers.
